Intake & Assessment

Contact us. We evaluate your vehicle in person or from photos and video, then send a written proposal: recommended services, estimated prep cost, a projected auction range, and a timeline.

Transport to Studio

We coordinate enclosed transport to our LA studio. Every vehicle is documented with intake photography and a full condition report before any work begins.

Mechanical Review

Partner mechanics perform a full inspection. Recommended repairs are presented for your approval before work starts — transparent, never a surprise.

Detail & Paint Correction

A full multi-stage detail followed by paint touch-up or machine correction as needed, so the car reaches the camera in its best honest condition.

Studio Photography

60–120+ professional images shot in our dedicated indoor studio. Video walkaround filmed for premium listings. Edited gallery delivered promptly.

Documentation Assembly

Every record, report, and history document compiled, scanned, and organized into a clean digital package — title review, history report, service records, build sheet, provenance.

Listing Goes Live

We write the auction narrative, set reserve from live market data, and submit to your chosen platform — a listing built to stand out in a crowded field.

Auction Management

We answer every bidder question, monitor activity daily, keep you updated, and advise on any reserve adjustments. You watch the bids come in.

Close & Payment

Buyer payment verified. Title transferred. Enclosed shipping to the buyer coordinated. You receive your proceeds. Done.
