All service work is governed by a separate written Client Service Agreement and an accepted proposal, which together define scope, fees, and timelines. Nothing on this site replaces that agreement.
No Guaranteed Auction Outcome
We provide professional preparation, presentation, and representation. We do not guarantee any specific sale price, that a reserve will be met, or that a vehicle will sell. Final results depend on market conditions and buyer demand, which are outside our control.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BidReady Cars LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Liability arising from a service engagement is governed by the Client Service Agreement.
