Why do you publish your prices?+
Most of this market quotes privately. We publish flat fees because clarity earns trust — you know what the package costs before you ever pick up the phone.
How does the brokerage commission work?+
Full-service packages include a success-based commission on the final sale price, due after the auction closes. The percentage is confirmed in your written proposal.
What’s the payment schedule?+
A 50% deposit is due on signing and before intake; the balance is due on completion, before the listing publishes. Any third-party costs are billed at cost with your prior approval.
